Chartered Accountants · Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

Advisors who understand the business behind the numbers.

Organisations today face tighter regulation, faster-moving technology and stakeholders who expect more transparency than they used to. Meeting that takes more than technical knowledge on its own.

Whatever a client is facing — a statutory audit, a tax dispute, a suspected fraud, a governance gap or a technology risk — the team responding already understands the business, rather than meeting it for the first time on the engagement.

Who we are

A multidisciplinary firm, built for problems that cross disciplines.

PNA Chartered Accountants is a professional services firm delivering integrated solutions across assurance, tax, forensic, advisory and technology.

A governance failure is often also a controls failure, and sometimes a technology failure. A tax dispute can turn on how a transaction was actually structured and recorded. Having all five capabilities under one roof means a client doesn’t have to coordinate three different firms to get a straight answer.

Our role isn’t to hand over a report and move on. It’s to leave a client with a clear read on the problem and a workable next step — and to stay involved enough afterward to know whether that step actually worked.

Our approach

Effective advice starts with understanding the client, not the file.

In practice, that plays out in five stages — partner-led from the first conversation to well after the report is delivered.

See how we work
  1. 01

    Understand

We start with the organisation itself — its business model, operating environment, risks and objectives — before forming any view on the issue at hand.

  2. 02

    Assess

We assess the financial, regulatory, operational, governance or technology risks involved, drawing on more than one discipline where the issue genuinely calls for it.

  3. 03

    Advise

We turn findings into recommendations that are technically sound but also built for the client’s actual circumstances — not adapted from the last engagement’s template.

  4. 04

    Deliver

We execute with discipline and a consistent focus on quality. Assurance work in particular is underpinned by the firm’s system of quality management.

  5. 05

    Create lasting value

An engagement isn’t finished the moment the report is delivered. The goal is to leave clients better equipped to make decisions, manage risk and handle whatever comes next.

Why PNA

Judgement, not just technical compliance.

Multidisciplinary by design

A complex problem gets looked at from more than one angle, without the client coordinating several firms to get there.

Senior-level involvement

Partners are involved in the engagement itself — not only at the proposal stage and the final review.

Independence that holds up

In assurance, forensic and investigative work, objectivity is what makes a finding defensible if it is ever challenged.

Recommendations built to be used

The aim is to leave a client with a plan they can act on, not just a diagnosis of what went wrong.

Structured to move with clients

We help clients respond to today’s issue while keeping an eye on what regulation and technology bring next.

Our leadership

Partner-led, from planning through to sign-off.
